I have used this BSNL broadband for more than 2 years. The speed is much much slower than other private ISP’s. BSNL charges more than others but not even a normal speed is provided by it.
Customer care executives are reckless, don’t give a damn about customers problems. No proper resolution, field executive is so slow to come and fix the issues. No purpose of investing money with such Internet providers.
Government got to work on this, take this seriously!
