Today my landline was not working probably because of the rains that cut one wire(Broadband was also getting cut often). This morning I thought I would raise a request with them on their online portal. I was expecting that it would take a day or two and I might need to call them later.
I was shocked within 2 hours I got an SMS with the Name and Number of the technician who would come for visit and within 3 hours the technician came, resolved the problem and left with only a thank you. I have used their phone and broadband for my entire life and I must say their reliability is 99% and their service for a public organization is much much better than all Private companies I have seen. They want to connect people rather than ear a buck on everything.
