Hello friends I am using BSNL broadband services with unlimited plan, I was using it from last 6 months.Speed is very less as compared to plan choosed and they also got server down after every few days.When I call to customer care centre regarding complaints there no one is available to take your calls and after trying many time by chance they pick up call.Net speed is very slow and customer care services are not that much good and when I visit to near BSNL office that was a blizzard no one hears you.
