I am from panjim, recently we have taken a new broadband connection at our office at Alfran Plaza Panjim, what I found that the BSNL staff is least bothered about there responsibilities, Since I did not had a landline I had to apply a landline first and then a broadband connection but the bsnl staff was giving silly reasons to fix the line .
First they said the staff is on leave, then they said wire is not in stock. We had to purchase our own wire to get the line fixed they somehow after calling them again and again we got the line. But the problems did not end there it took .quiet a long time to get the username password for broadband setup.
I wish I would check up other options like gwave or hathway.
