We moved in to new flat and were offered a landline connection with broadband service by the builder. The landline was started immediately, but the internet service didnt start. We had to continuously do follow-up and they would not answer properly and provide no solution.
All we were told was to wait. Their service is so pathetic. After about one and a half month or so, we were so much frustrated, that we called them and told to cancel our request for the internet connection. Even after that, we were told to give a written application for the cancellation. So I had to go personally to their office and stand in a queue and give the cancellation request.
They are so pathetic and careless about their customers. Never take their service.
