I have been using bsnl for 2 years now and there seem to be no improvement, there are frequent disconnections and service is not good. Worst part being since its a govt body they do not attend to any query on sunday, im really frustrated with their service, its called a broadband connection but the sppeds are very low and unstable, the download speed maximum what I have been seeing is jst around 512 kbps which is very low, only thing that is good is the price but that hardly matters if the service and speeds are bad, overall bad experience with bsnl
