When the bsnl was starting it was good but later the bsnl service goes too down. The isp connection is also too low. And most important the bill is also increase due to the service of the bsnl broad band.the connection realibility is also nothing at all. Even the fiest service was better but later it is down due to low capacity of connection.the service support system is also nothing good at all. Even they could nt provide better service to allwho use this bsnl broadband. In opinion the waste of money by using this .
