I have had a terrible experience of using BSNL Broadband. I have been using landline services of BSNL & didnt faced much issue. But since the time I have started broadband services, many reasons of disappointment are:
-Untimely delivery of service: Time lag from the date of application to actual installation /setup of instrument.
- Internet speed issue: Significant difference in the actual speed & the proposed speed in the plan.
-Bad customer support: After lot of complaints they visited house & gave unsatisfactory answers to above issues.
Apart from above reasons, they changed my data plan by mistake for which I had to face many difficulties.
Need to improve a lot for BSNL broadband service.
