I thought of going with the Brand name, so chose BSNL over other local internet service provider.
It worked fine for initially for 15-20 days, then my internet connection stopped working, so I registered a complaint with a hope that the guy will come in a day or two.
I waited for around a week nobody turned up, I again call the customer care with a hope that they will help me out and even went to the office, and finally a guy came home after a month, they dont know how to talk, he was literally shouting at me and even asked for Chai Pani( bribe) to get it repaired.
