The new1mbps@bb 249 is truly awesome ! value for money. bsnl customer service is very good in our area. the only problem I seeis bsnl doesn’t have a 24hrscustomer care. one can’t have any technical help from 5p.m. to 10 a.m only a complaint registration possible within. .bsnl has todo something about it.
