To be honest, I had a great time with my BSNL broadband for the past 1 year. Even though I was let down many a times by the BSNL employees regarding problems in the line(unstable connection, no connection at all etc.), I was pretty satisfied with the speed and money I paid for it( probably because I found a way around "unstable connection problem").
But the price was hiked twice in the past 12 months and is no longer the cheapest( even for the speed). Other ISPs are providing much better speeds(without FUP) for a much lower rate.
The latest speed revision is also not good at all. With the stingy FUP of 1 GB and a speed that never reaches 1 Mbps(though it says upto 2.1 Mbps), BSNL broadband is going get dumped the first chance I get.
I have to admit, though, BSNL WILL GIVE YOU A CONNECTION wherever your house is. But the benefits end there
