Pathetic service provider. Problem in connectivity is a regular issue. Customer support numbers are for no use. Speed is also low. When compared to other service providers their service and support are 150% better than BSNL. If you have any problem(which you will surely have) and go to their office, the staff at their office will never listen to your problems and they will make you wait for hours. Very very poor service, think hundred times before you go for BSNL Broadband.
