Hello everyone don’t use bsnl broadband. From my personal experience I have use it for 1 year and it really sucks.Whenever my internet is not worked I called the customer service but they never reached on time. Always they came to my house after 2-3 days dalayed after submiiting complaint. So their customer service is very poor. So now I am not using their service because poor customer support and costly plans.But it is better when you are using internet from their sim.
