BSNL is one of the worst in terms of customer care. They wont respond properly. For rectifying a Internet issue they will take 4-5 days that too they wont come our home and rectify the issue, we need to take the modem to Telephone exchange and get that rectified.
I recommend friends not to take those stupid service from them. Those officers in exchange think like a king and wont do any job. They are uneducated fellows who doesnt know to operate the computers
