Hi friends it is ’ Rohan’ again and in this review I am going to share with you about my experience from past one year about ’BSNL BROADBAND SERVICE’. To be very honest with you guys the service is very pathetic in the smaller town and rural areas as compared to big cities.
I live in a small city in chhattisgarh state, it is not a rural area but a town, I decided to use Bsnl Broadband service a year ago because I don’t have a 3G connectivity in my home at that time. But just after few months of using the broadband it started remaining OUT OF SERVICE for at least 15 days in a month and still I continued to pay the whole charge for a month. Specially during the Rainy season the situation is worst with frequent disruption in connectivity.
The service employees of BSNL also did not respond in time for the complaints which I registered with in the local bsnl office in my town.
After one year of torture, I decided to try Airtel 3G service in my mobile phone itself, thank god it provides me some flexibility in using internet now. Finally I AM DECIDING TO REMOVE THE CONNECTION FROM NEXT MONTH.
I dont understand one thing at the time when the I Indian Government is planning to connect most of the villages through broadband and phone connectivity under its flagship ’DIGITAL INDIA’ program, such a pathetic service by the government’s own company ( BSNL) is very serious concern which is needed to be addressed.
In the end I just advice the government to please short out the above mentioned problem then only the dream of ’Digital India’ will be successful.
