I started using bsnl network from last six months. We have bsnl land line at our home so I bought bsnl broadbank. When I decided to buy bsnl broadbank my friends told ne not to buy that and they told ro buy any other brodbank but I had a kind of emotional coustmer behaviour so I bought it.
But what my friends told was right Disco Bangkok has lot of difficulties to use it was very difficult u want to install after installation there was problem in line . in 1 month this will be working for only 10 days rest of the time it is just a waste of money when Internet is very slow and has lot of traffic issues this is the worst broadbank I have never used even the customer service is very bad we have go to their office and speak to them directly every month I used to go to their office and give complaint so now the J e has given me his number so that I can give the complaint directly he responds very well to my call but still there will always be problem in connecting
