Q1. Comment on the ISP support?


Answer - Worst Support. ’Bhai Sahab Bilkul Nahin Lagta’. There is no support. 15 Days Internet is now working almost every month. Officers Come After 11:00 AM to receive Calls for Local Area Support & Go Away after 03:00 PM. No issue is taken seriously & if you complaint for Broadband(Internet) then you will receive a Call for a Issue with Phone Line for Phone Calls. Irritating people & have no value for their organization. If you tell them that you will escalate this to Higher Management, then they laugh & ask you to surrender your phone as the routine will be same as it is running.


Q2. How has the ISP performance been?


Answer - Performance#


1- Not working 15 Days of a Month.


2- My Phone Line is Dead for more then 06 Months but nothing has been taken care of against these complaints.


3- Paying Rs. 1200/- a Month but getting No Service, Have forwarded a Written Complain to Mr. Ravishankar Prasad for this issue & will wait for their response or else will request them to Cancel this Connection.


4-Sarurday & Sunday it has worst speed though I did opt a High End package.
