I [personally think BSNL Broadband is very bad. But if you are living in a place where you only can get BSNL ISP you have no choice but to get a BSNL connection. Taking about the speed of the connection I have to say that the speed is very bad. I get around 5-7 Mbps speed on my subscription of 25Mbps Plan. They just don’t care about it. when you get into a problem it won’t be resolved for at least 3-4 days which is very bad. Getting a BSNL broadband connection is the horrible experience of life. The only thing they have achieved is that they are spread all over the country.
