So I will start with not so soft tone for the BSNL, the services provided by the company are not so good and the what they charge for the services is not justified . I personally have used the internet services provided by BSNL and was very upset with the kind of service they provide. Every other day I encounter a new technical issue and when I ask them for resolving it, to my surprise they were not able to deal with the problem, they always fail to deliver the kind of services they were supposed to, every other day I faced speed issues, despite my data plan not expired, what they are charging sometimes feels very very unfair, the response at the customer service station was always very bad, the calls dont get connected fast and if your luck is strong on the day and you get the customer helper online with you dont get exited and happy because the man over the phone is also not able to deal with your problems .I also think that they are not interested in making new customers, if you ask them for a new connection it will take 2-3 months and your several visits at the regional office, I think they know that they are not capable of providing good services so they try to shoo the customer before he becomes one, but if you survives the torture and still want the services, I would like to tell you that you are on wrong path, the connectivity is also not so good, So at the end I would suggest you to go for any other service providers like JIO they provide really very good services, plans and customer support .This was a genuine review from my side, I hope it will be helpful to you all
