UNKNOWN FACTS ABOUT BSNL BROADBAND SERVICE!
If I have to describe a BSNL broadband service in one word, that would be "DISGUSTING"! I Have been using BSNL broadband for the last months and nothing could be as SHITTY as it is. Believing in their false promises each time, we tried to convince ourselves to have the same broadband service only to get disappointed all the more! At times we get some what "okay" connection but even then the connectivity wouldnt be appreciable. It will be either really slow or get stuck every now and then. A more pathetic thing is the "Automatic Complaint Booking" service. It feels like they are providing those services only for time pass. when we book a complaint through automatic service they dont even care to respond even after booking our complaint for the tenth time! Then well end up annoyed and calling the lineman directly for help. The most egregious fact is that those people think that we are blockheads. We had no access to the internet at all. We tried complainingliterally 100 times and instead of listening to our queries and providing connection, we were charged 800 for "No broadband connection" for the entire month! They suggested us to replace the wiring wiring and assured best connectivity once this happens. Trusting this we gave in once more and spent more than 1000 rupees for wiring replacement service hoping for an improvement this.
