Bsnl is a gov. company and it is very popular in india. They provide many services to their customers like landline, mobile services, broadband, wimax etc. I am using the broadband service from 3 months and the experience with bsnl is not good.
I have a plan of 1 mbps till 6 gb and then 512 kbps unlimited. The speed of internet is very slow. Sometimes internet won’t work. I always have to restart the router to work again. This is a worst thing. The router provided by bsnl is very cheap and the signals are very. The customer support is worst and they never solves the problems of customer.
The only advantage of bsnl is that they provide their services in almost every area of india but they should have to improve their services. Last week I dissconnected from this connection and now I am using a private internet service provide which is way better than bsnl.
