I got an interesting offer in march of this year of 249/- unlimited plan and set up my bsnl broadband in my home.
Main problem is connection it is not stable! Mostly in holidays modem shows up red light the whole day.No one can predict when it comes and goes.In an case of emergency it sucks really! when reported to the customer care service they says it is mistake from my side not theirs.But I hear this issue from most of the customers that day itself their too internet sucks and facing this problem and bsnl refuses it.
Speed is according to your plan.i get an avg speed of 2 mbps as said by the package details of 249/- plan.Now it depends on your plan.
Service support is poor.My bsnl tel has an issue, some numbers which are important to connect says area code is wrong actually he is my the person residing behind my house(neighbour).customer care team bsnl have are so dumb that if u just call them for just a info they cant tell(when reported this issue).they just put you on hold and after some time they tell that your complaint is registered and within 48 hrs our technical team will reach your house, for what? giving me info about what I asked?
Again major problem in bsnl broadband is the bill details of your telephone. When I checked my this time bill has gone up by an alarming rate so I thoroughly checked details, then I came to know there a an error from their side.In my case-i have just called my grandmother in an month for 3-4 max and have called my father more than 10+ times as he was out of station. And in details it shown that I have called my grandmother more than 20+ and my fathers no. was missing in the whole call details of tel.
Please let me know.if am I only facing these issues or you too?
