I had use bsnl for years and I was never really happy with it.
But it was the only internet connection at my home when I was in school.
It had an average speed or sometime no speed at all.
I had bsnl broad band service at my home it use to work via telephone line, and the phone use to dead several time a month and I had to complain in bsnl office to get it work again which was a very hectic task.
Another problem was, that many times a month there sever use to go slow or they use to say that the sever is down, because of which I was able to surf the net.
