THE SERVICES ARE WORST. THERE ARE NO QUALIFIED TECHNICIANS TO ATTEND THE QUERIES.TAKES A LONG TIME FOR SERVICE. I AM FACING PROBLEM SINCE FROM 4 MONTHS TILL NOW NO ONE IS PROPERLY RESPONDED.
the only problem I see is bsnl doesnt have a 24hrs customer care. one cant have any technica .
Main problem its landline phone, which is a medium of its speed and quality.Cost is too high, after FUP cap its minimum speed should be 4mbps but it gives only 1 mbps. for unlimited which is not enough speed for playing youtube 720p video.
Worst ISP provider. Provides only 0.8 Mbps instead of 8 Mbps in Bangalore. Customer care says that it is normal to get this speed and never come to check the problem. In that case, it should be normal for me to pay 80 Rupees instead of 1000 Rupees. What do you say about that BSNL?
