Its speed is always same. rarely its link fail. most of time it is working very well. its technical support always available and resolve problem soon. I can change my plan online from its website. its all monthly plan is very cheap. I always get call from BSNL for any inconvenience. BSNL always take care of its custmer. I truly like it.
