I had brought BSNL Brandband 2 years ago. It has 80-90kbps speed . But my issue with BSNL is 50 percentage of time it has some issues, like "limited service", "No network" etc.
Like winds . it network comes and goes.
I called a lot of time to BSNL. they come 1 days after to my location and solve the issue. After 2-3 days the same issue happens again. "Limited Service’ error n to jaan nikal di h". I think it is "Janmjat" error with BSNL Broadband.
