I had my worst experience with bsnl broadband.Being a part of the government sector I believed in them but it was the worst decision of my life.The people who are a part of the organisation are degrading the values of digital india and stepping forward towards corruption.The staff wheather on a low level or the high level don’t have any sense of talking to the customers and are just seated at their respectable positions just to earn money in whatever the best possible way they can.Its even worse to talk about the facilities provided by them.I would definitely recommend to try private broadband providers rather than trusting over these government contractors.
