I really did a great thing choosing broadband of bsnl after comparing with all others available at my place. though at some places of bhubaneswar some customers of BSNL broadband face network issue but I have 95% working network connection
I have 800/- plan which offers me 2 mbps(FUP High Speed) speed till 6gb and then unlimited download at 0.5 mbps(low speed) which offers me a download speed of 450-480kbps on high speed and 120-140kbops on low speed
It is really helpful and better than jio because I can easily perform my online transaction using this where as using JIO network if you get a call your transaction fails
Coming to the service, I would rate them as average as they come to repair after 24 hours of your complain launched.
So with this you get a reliable and desired speed connection with an average service
