I used bsnl 5years because I have no option on that time, it was very late process to fix the connection, the data limit also very low, the packages are very bad, the service is very late, the speed also very slow even facebook also sometime not opened.
I struggled very hard to use this bsnl broadband I suggest that please dont take that connection because they add some more taxes in our bill the data plans also not good
