Worst service

My experience with bsnl broadband is worst. Real speed is never achieved. Even if it’s shared broadband connection but they have a huge number of connections on the same band which reflects less quality for all the customers. Technology of BSNL


Mobile is outdated with large number of packet loss. Customer support is also very poor. Link down is constant problem and takes 2 3 days to recover because of worst customer support. Working is according to government times and no support is available on holidays. Attitude of the employees is not at all cooperative.
