BSNL’s service is deteriorating day by day. I had taken broadband five years back. Due to National Highway work the cable was cut several times so I changed to wimax. I have taken the 750 unlimited pack. The speed was 60kB/s initially but almost uninterrupted.
For last one year the service is out more than 40% time and the speed is much less. When lodging complaint the engineer is saying that the server is in Kolkata and we have no control over it. I wonder why the server should be in Kolkata for Odisha Wimax customers. It appears that there is a deliberate attempt by private players, in collusion with top insiders, to finish popular govt undertakings.
