Being a Govt enterprise, the Quality of service provided by BSNL is quite good.
The internet speed is as promised.
The broadband plans are excellent, it is bundled with landline plans provided with free calls. The ISP goes down a few times in a year, but it comes up within a day.
Installation and configuration of modem is done within a week of registration at customer service center and the bills given are correct.
The the thing that troubles me is the customer care center which is poor, they don’t pick up ur calls or ur calls are put on hold.
Conclusion
BSNL Broadband is good and I recommend others to take it as the service provided are best among its peers.
