BSNL broadband customer care is the most dis-respectful, ignorant and careless service I have ever come across.
I wanted to take a BSNl broadband connection, as there was no other option for me in my area, I called their customer service twice and was very disappointed and embarrassed by the way they answered me, they lift my call and just say "YES" and they dont have any information about the plans and tariffs, all they say is to go to the neatest bsnl office and they want me to find out where their office is, and the way they spoke to me was careless and negligent and before I ask anything they just hung up on me, that was very rude.
I wish I never have to use any BSNL service what so ever, if they continue like this, BSNL will lose their customers.
If I HAVE to rate it? I will say it is the "WORST".
