I have used BSNL Broadband for 2 long years but not satisfied at all time. I am using 675 home plan. I check the Speed-test the first 1GB is 1mbps but I receive approx. 750 kbps. then 512 kbps unlimited but I receive 300 kbps approx.
The modem is automatic reset or dsl per month a week the internet not working. I complaint the customer care he said clear the problem at 24 hours. The service executive coming and clear the problem after 4 to 5 days. The Landline Wire is old and jointing 2 to 3 wires joint, this is the problem is internet is slow. Then I disconnect the service in Dec, 2014 but the deposit amount could not receive at this receive this time Feb, 2016. Irresponsible customer worst service
