I am using BSNL for long time. They are improving them-self from time to time. Bsnl have lot of plan for home user or business purpose. They provide speed from 2mb, 4mb or more till certain GB than goes down to 512kb, 1mb or more depends upon plan. It good for home maker who use internet just for checking mail or for surfing. Business person cannot fully relies on them, but still can use it. Connection is just okay and its completly depends upon your locality. There is a issue with there service, they take ages to resolve your issues.
