BSNL broadband provide a very low speed at a high price range. Also the speed is fluctuate. they don’t give peering speed.
Frequently connection cut off problem. In rainy reason connection fail about 1 week if any fault appear. Also spped are slow if many user active at a time.
Customer support is pathetic. They don’t reply in phone call. You have to go to local office for any problem happens. They don’t provide fast repairing service.
