Speed and reliability
When compared with other broadband and another ISP is BSNL gives very low speed even when OFC is considered and they demand a lot of money. Their plans are not updated in regular basis and they hold plans which are outdated and are running from 4 to 5 years .
Also if the copper connection is considered you can expect and maximum speed of 5 Mbps to 6 MBPS even in today’s generation. Which can’t be accepted.
Also they do not provide a good customer service. They often hang up the call.
BSNL plans
The most outdated Broadband plans that I could say in this generation all other ISP are giving hundred MBPS to 200 mbps and BSNL still lives with 5 to 10. They give underground connection so when it gets disturbed they take a lot of time to repair it
My personal experience
I was a BSNL user for past 7 years when I initially bought it, it was good because the whole Technology was using copper but even at this time the plans are same I will surely not prefer you to buy BSNL broadband.
