I have a very bad experience of using BSNL broadband. I never face any issues regarding the bandwidth speed. My real struggle starts when my Internet connection broke down. The customer care service is so bad that once I call the customer care number provided to me during installation of the modem and ask them when will my problem resolved they told me that they dont know. I ask him just give me ball park idea about when it is going to get better. The answer given to me was shocking they told me that it can be working again in one day time or two days time maybe more. It took seven days for my internet connection to start working again. I just disconnect the connection and say than you for your service.
