Hello frirnds, I have taken WIMAX connection from 15th, Mar., 2016. First one week I got good signal and good internet connectivity. At present most of the time I am getting disconnectivity in internet. Sometimes due to very week signal it is difficult to open a web site. I am constantly complaining to bsnl help line of wimax - 1502 but always got only a complaint no. & a reply that within 24-48 hrs your complaint will be solved but the problem remain constant ever. The billing amount is 990, 950 etc. The minimum amount is 650. Almost time I paid 900 rupees above. My user id and account number are given below
