My dad is using a BSNL postpaid number. The service of the network is getting worse day by day. Most of the time when calling from another number it says that the BSNL number is switched off or out of reach. Moreover the plans for the postpaid users are also very costly. Their billing system is not good too. They add pervious paid bills with the new unpaid ones. Many times I have to go to their compaint section to correct them. The network should solve their problems soon. Otherwise they will loose their customers.
