Bsnl have good network coverage in all over india but they have very poor customer support and they don’t care about there customers. And it’s voice quality is also not so good and if you will look for data you will get so slow speed with regular server falier it and you will get alot of congection in its network . If you will compare it’s call rate with other service provider you will got bsnl’s call rate is so high among then and they also have not any good rate cutter palns. It’s conecivety is a big issue
And they dont have any good custmer support .
