Feeling ashamed to be a customer of BSNL network

BSNL is the wost networks in India, though it is generating lots of revenue, it is least bother about to increase the quality of service to the customers, there is no clarity in voice and signals of the network, still it is serving with the old towers and equipment though the number of customers are increasing, I never heard "All Lines Are Busy, Please Try After Some Time" in any mobile network, But I got to here in the great and widest network of BSNL.


Most of the times we are unable to make the recharge of the mobile. More than couple of times  I have waited for one week to get the balance in my phone while doing the recharge from BSNL network, and no call center executive is least bother to listen my problem and resolve the issue.


At least now please awake, and try to do some thing to improve the quality of network...F**K the BSNL network
