I am using bsnl prepaid sim for past 1 year.
The bsnl network is very pathetic. The net is worst of all be it 3g or 2g. The customer care hardly picks call. The rates of bsnl packs are also high. It only justifies to the person who does a lot of tours as it’s roaming charges all over India is free and this is the only pros of bsnl.
