Avoid bsnl

Well it was one of the worst day of my life when I decide to switch from aircell to bsnl for gprs facility. I baught a sim from bsnl office in 239 rupees. Every body was a true example of govt. employee. No body was interested to give me any service. When I gave them 500 rupees note they refused to take it and ask me to bring change from outside. this was just begining.

I have deposited all documents but my sim got activated in 6 days .Even after that when I tried to call at 254365 calling was not possible. I have taken connection for cheap gprs but gprs activation was not possible as I was not able to accsess custmor care. Than I tried from my friend’s mobile (the one who have given me the pathetic idea to join bsnl.)

Customer care person told me(after half hour waitting) that new connection have a problem and he promised to activate my gprs connection.it is still not activated, neither I am able to call customer care from my mobile.I think bsnl is one of the most pathhetic service provider , unfortunately they are the one with 3 g so I am worried what will they do with that.

Now finally I am able to talk on call centre . number is 1503. call centre persom told me that my GPRS is activated. I am not able to use it beccause of poor signel quality. it is working outside my house. speed is poor. I think aircell connection has better GPRS but it is not available in Gujrat.I am planning to change to airtel because they are offering unlimited GPRS in99 rupees, any suggestion.
