Highly Innovative and User Friendly

BSNL CellOne Post-paid is what I have got now in addition to Reliance. The initial hassles were quite a few, but not at all formidable. The first requirement is that you have got to be an existing subscriber of a BSNL telephone connection. You have to apply in the prescribed Form to the SDO (Phones) of your area, and attach copies of your Election ID Photo, photo-copy of a Telephone Bill, already paid, and send these documents with a cash fee of Rs.700.00, including Rs.500.00 as deposit, to the SDO (Phone). On the top right hand corner of your Form, you will have to attach a small passport size photograph of yours, with self attestation. It takes about 48 hours for processing, and then the local Exchange gives you your BSNL CellOne Number. It is applicable all over the country and roaming facilities are free unlike Reliance’s. With the Reliance Mobile, the moment you cross the boundaries of your State, you can not operate it, and for roaming, you have to pay. Previously it was Rs.40/-, now it is Rs.20/- Every month you will get a Bill

What is my Experience so far ?

My experience is quite heartening. I feel more empowered electronically, rather wireless-wise. Do I carry two mobiles in my pocket ? Yes, I do. Both are NOKIA phones. This is my Brand preference, You could go in for sleeker and expensive ones to impress your friends, and particularly girl friends, if you have any.

I do not know whether you would wish me Good Luck with two Mobile Phones, but I am going to wish you Best of Luck with your BSNL CellOne Post-paid.
