Thanks god at last I tried BSNL, don’t know why I have opted AIRTEL--> Reliance--> Tata indicom before moving to BSNL. Service is so nice, customer service is very courteous and very very honest billing. I have been using it for last seven months now without any problem.
BSNL just lack is good marketing, this is where private suckers looting on all public money with very pathetic service and with false billing.
On many ocasion with AIRTEL my prepaid just used to get lesser and lesser by each passing day, when I enquired they told you this is new service which has been enabled on ur phone, if you doesn’t want it you need to send SMS <<Soory for the inconvience SIR>>. new service without my knowledge that too enabled on my SIM for sucking money. And this is not one instance it used to happens every once in a two month and money used to get deducted automatically. And always the service response was fantastic <<we can’t put the money back to ur account, but Again Soorry for the inconvience SIR>>.
Thank god we have some very fantastic PSU around in India and BSNL is one of them. Hats off to BSNL, god bless to all people who works tirelessely in BSNL behind the scene.
