I have been using bsnl from quiet a long time now but i must say that their service is not at all satisfactory. The network coverage is not at all good and then the bsnl numbers dont get connected easily. It requires a hell lot of patience to contact a person with a bsnl number, all my friends complain about it, that my number is never reachable and even if it gets connected the signal quality is not at all good so the entire experience of the conversation is torturous, it is my personal experience and i am sorry to say that , i am not satisfied with bsnl’s service.
My house is located somewhere on the border of haryana rajasthan and i have rajsthan’s number so i am mostly in roaming even at home and my incoming calls are also charged which is the worst part of all. Now i am planning to change my number soon...bsnl..u suck!!!!
