I have been observing reviews about private phone operators and vis a vis the sarkari Cellone the quantum and severity of complaints are extreme with the private operators. We can put up with being late or lethargic but we cannot put up with dishonesty. Cellone is reasonable in services though it could be better. But you learn it’s value with time. After all they are all government servans bound by laws. Not like the private operators who are thugs. I have tried many private operators and Cellone guys are the only honest guys. Agreed they are lethargic and drag their feet. But I prefer honest and lazy people rather than prompt crooks. After all the Government is duty bound to keep it;s word or else you can take them to task. The private operators are slippery thugs. You can’t catch the Airtel Relaince or other service providers by their collars because they know when and how to get away.
