Dealing with Customer Support is Nightmare

I have a very old number of BSNL, but one day it so hapened that Rs 50 got deducted without any reason. I called customer support but they keep on telling one thing again and again, that it was deducted for some data you have used.However, I was connected to the internet with another wifi connection and also my data was off, I was very shocked on hearing that, but when I was asking them to look into the case they told the same "it was deducted for some data you have used" and not providing any assurance whether they will look into the case again. After getting same reply from customer service representative I asked them to please connect me with there supervisor to that he agreed and put the call on hold for 1 minute then again he came back and told that supervisor is not available and he will call within 24 hours. It has been 48 hours since then I received no call.Well Rs. 50 is not a big loss for me, but I concluded from this that BSNL does’nt care for old customers, I have some remaining balance in my BSNL number after using all balance I will port the number with any other service provider as I don’t want such type of service where customer is not important to them. Note: If you call them regarding similar issues then you will be able to call only once in 24 hours after that they will block your number, you can call again after 24 hours.However it won’t make any difference as you will find that you are at the same point from where you started. So I would say think twice before choosing BSNL, if any other network is good in your area then go with that.
