BSNL is not trying to cheat the customers. But the attitude of the workforce(including senior managers) is just unbearable and ruthless.
They get salary from the tax money paid by us and show a brutal attitude to us. Call center will drive you crazy. Pathetic language. Even when one opts for English, the CSRs will happily blabber in local language.
Wake up BSNL.
Every individual working in BSNL has to transform or retire. Else nothing can help BSNL.
